GovernKey is a platform in development for governing work carried out by AI agents and tools. Its design brings together reviewable plans, human approval gates, scoped permissions and independent checks of the outcome.
What we are building
The workflow control plane is designed to own policies, approval records and audit history. Specialist agents carry out bounded work; their messages do not grant permission. The intended deployment combines a hosted management console with a separately enrolled worker on an approved machine.
Engineering is the first implementation workflow: an isolated repository change ending in a human-reviewed draft pull request. Merge, deployment and production credentials are outside that first workflow.
